What you'll own

Develop and optimize gameplay systems: core loop, mechanics, input, camera, UI, progression.
Write clean, maintainable, scalable code prioritizing stability and performance on mobile (Android / iOS).
Build and maintain Level Editor / Tooling in Unity — designer workflows for create, edit, validate, preview, export/import data.
Apply Unity lifecycle and runtime behavior — MonoBehaviour lifecycle, scene loading, pooling, serialization.
Debug and resolve crashes, performance spikes, memory leaks, and logic bugs.
Collaborate with Game Designer, Artist, and QA to implement testable, iterable specs.
Write technical documentation for modules and tools (usage, data flow, edge cases).
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate spec breakdown, prototyping, and debugging — review all output thoroughly, never copy-paste blindly.

What we're looking for

Must have

2–4 years programming games with Unity (C#), mobile priority.
Strong programming foundation: OOP / SOLID, common design patterns, data structures, algorithm complexity.
Solid understanding of Unity lifecycle and performance gotchas — Update loops, coroutines vs async, scene management, prefab / serialization, GC allocations.
Experience with end-to-end feature implementation: requirement → implement → test → optimize.
Experience or confidence as an Editor / Tooling builder — Custom Inspector, EditorWindow, property drawers, validation workflows.
Good debugging skills using Unity Profiler, Frame Debugger, Memory Profiler.
Ownership mindset: proactive, clear communication, accountable for output quality.
Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot in daily workflow (spec analysis, code review, debugging) is a big plus.

Nice to have

Familiarity with Dependency Injection — VContainer (preferred), Zenject, or Extenject.
Experience with UniTask / async-await, Addressables, Object Pooling, event bus / message systems.
Experience building data pipelines for levels (import / export / validation) or tooling for designer independence.
Mobile optimization knowledge — draw call / batching, texture compression, CPU / GPU bound, GC alloc reduction.
