What you'll do

This is a content-led creative role. Your time splits roughly into three areas:

AI-assisted video production — ~50%

Produce short-form and promotional video using AI video tools (generation and editing) for the product, campaigns, and marketing channels.
Develop concepts, storyboards, and visual style for AI-generated video; refine and polish raw output for brand consistency and quality.
Iterate quickly on multiple video variations — testing creative directions and adapting cuts per platform and format.

Social content — ~30%

Design and create social media content — static posts, carousels, and short clips — across the client's platforms.
Maintain a consistent visual identity across social channels and adapt assets to each platform's spec.
Support the campaign calendar with on-brand creative delivered on schedule.

UI / UX design — ~20%

Design interface elements — icons, buttons, layouts — and contribute to the product's visual and interaction design across App and PC / mobile.
Partner with product and front-end teams on UI solutions, component consistency, and design direction.
Other creative tasks assigned by your lead.

What we're looking for

Must have

AI video tools (core requirement): hands-on and comfortable producing and editing video with AI tools (e.g. Runway, Pika, Sora, Kling, CapCut AI, or equivalent). This is the heart of the role.
A strong creative eye — layout, typography, color, motion, and brand consistency across video and static formats.
Social content experience — proven ability to create on-brand assets for social platforms.
Solid design fundamentals and a portfolio demonstrating video, social, and UI work.
Proficiency in mainstream design / video tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects / Premiere), CapCut or equivalent.
UI / UX competence — able to design usable interface elements and translate requirements into clean, consistent UI (a smaller part of the role, but still required).
Able to work independently, communicate creative ideas clearly, and iterate based on feedback. Positive, responsible, detail-oriented, and sensitive to current trends.

Nice to have

Experience in one or more of: online entertainment, gaming, social networking, or e-commerce.
Depth in motion graphics / animation (micro-interactions, transitions, animated explainers).
Basic understanding of HTML5 / front-end concepts.
Hand-drawing or sketching ability.
A degree in Art, Design, or a related field (strong portfolios from non-degree paths are equally welcome).
