What you'll own

Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion — within scope, timeline, and budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives, deliverables, and resource needs.
Plan, schedule, and oversee execution — including risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution.
Communicate progress, milestones, and risks effectively to stakeholders and senior management.
Coordinate closely with clients and internal teams to align expectations and deliverables.
Apply Agile methodologies to optimize workflows and improve team productivity.
Support and guide project teams to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient execution.
Ensure quality assurance processes are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in PM and technology.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
4+ years in Project Management or Assistant Project Management roles.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile.
Excellent organizational and time management — comfortable juggling multiple projects in parallel.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain clear documentation.
Proactive problem-solver with risk identification & mitigation capabilities.
Experience with web or mobile products — blockchain/crypto is a plus.
Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
