What you'll own

Develop scalable, high-performance front-end and back-end systems using Node.js and React.js.
Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to align technical solutions with business needs.
Write robust, maintainable code following best practices around testing, CI/CD, performance, and reliability.
Design and implement distributed systems and microservices with event-driven architecture using Kafka and gRPC.
Guide other engineers through code reviews, technical planning, and knowledge sharing.
Take part in monitoring, incident response, and performance tuning across the stack.
Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies to continuously improve team practices.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js (Express, Nest.js) and React.js.
Experience in the blockchain industry or developing blockchain-related products.
Strong expertise designing, implementing, and maintaining microservices architectures.
Hands-on experience with AI tools (Cursor, Claude) to optimize productivity and performance.
Proficiency in MySQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
Solid hands-on experience with Kafka, gRPC, and event-driven systems.
Deep understanding of data structures, distributed systems, and system design principles.
Ability to write optimized, high-quality, and testable code following best practices.
Capability to take ownership of features, work independently, and proactively contribute.
Collaborative team player with a willingness to learn.
