What you'll own

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via ticketing systems and online support channels (English & Vietnamese).
Provide accurate, timely, and comprehensive responses using established tools, processes, and knowledge bases.
Diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions within defined service-level agreements (SLAs).
Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of all customer interactions, ensuring proper follow-up and closure of cases.
Adhere to internal communication protocols, compliance guidelines, and company policies at all times.
Drive high customer satisfaction through professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented support.
Uphold service-excellence standards with a positive, customer-centric mindset.
Support operational needs by reliably working the fixed evening shift aligned with the business.

What we're looking for

Must have

Professional proficiency in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese (mandatory).
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or a related function.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
Strong communication skills — able to engage customers clearly and professionally across multiple channels.
Customer-focused mindset with high attention to detail, patience, and problem-solving capability.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Strong team player, able to collaborate across functions.
Willingness to work a fixed evening shift (5 PM – 2 AM VNT).

Nice to have

Prior exposure to forex, CFD, or cryptocurrency markets is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated interest in financial markets, particularly forex and digital assets.
