What you'll own

Develop and implement AI/ML models and algorithms under guidance from senior engineers.
Collaborate with team members to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms.
Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
Preprocess data and engineer features for ML model training.
Evaluate and fine-tune AI models based on performance metrics.
Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making.
Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
Develop and maintain documentation for models and processes.
Support production deployment and monitoring of AI models.

What we're looking for

Must have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field — fresh graduates welcome.
1–3 years of experience as an AI Engineer or in a Data Science role.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Familiarity with ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
Understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork in English and Vietnamese.

Nice to have

Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Basic knowledge of Docker or containerization.
Familiarity with version control (Git).
Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Contributions to AI/ML projects or open-source repositories.

Working hours: From 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
